Localizada em São Paulo, uma família de origem libanesa desejando compartilhar o sabor e a tradição deixada como herança familiar, abriu uma cozinha profissional onde adapta as receitas para deixá-las modernas sem perder o sabor tão característico dos temperos libaneses que se perdeu com a popularização de comidas orientais. Propondo-se a entregar a melhor experiência e sabores inesquecíveis, os cheff’s da família Khouri só trabalham com os melhores e mais tradicionais ingredientes e exigem delivery eficiente para que a refeição seja servida fresca e saborosa. Nada mais conveniente que utilizar a junção dois dos temperos mais tradicionais da culinária libanesa para dar nome à empresa, o zattar e a azeitona. E para trazer a sensação de velocidade de entrega, uma onomatopeia nasce com a junção. Assim nasce o ZATTUN.

Located in São Paulo, a family of Lebanese origin wishing to share the flavor and tradition left as a family heritage, opened a professional kitchen where they adapt recipes to make them modern, without losing the flavor so characteristic of Lebanese spices that was lost with popularization of oriental meals. Proposing to deliver the best experience and unforgettable flavors, the Khouri family chefs use only the best and most traditional ingredients, and require efficient delivery for a freshness and tastiness. Nothing is more convenient than using the combination of two of the most traditional spices of Lebanese cuisine to give the company’s name, za'atar and olive. Also, to bring the feeling of speed and efficiency delivering, an onomatopoeia is born with the combination. Thus, ZATTUN is born.
